National Drive Electric Month at Odyssey Day
Event Description:
Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities’ annual 2026 Odyssey Day Celebration is just around the corner! And don't forget: during the event, we’ll also be celebrating National Drive Electric Month with EV ride-n-drives to complement the day's festivities!
National Drive Electric Month (NDEM) is a nationwide celebration to raise awareness of the many benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid cars, trucks, motorcycles and more. This year the celebration runs from September 11th - October 12th so we will be featuring EVs prominently at Odyssey Day on October 2nd.
Locally, NDEM is supported by our EV enthusiast club, the Three Rivers EVA. At the national level, NDEM is a collaboration between Plug In America, Electric Vehicle Association, Sierra Club, EVHybridNoire, and Drive Electric USA. Additional sponsors for 2026 include GM, Stellantis North America, Edison International, and Climate XChange.

Odyssey Day provides a full day of interactive and experiential educational activities dedicated to promoting the use of alternative fuels and advanced technology vehicles. Participants explore sustainable, climate-friendly transportation solutions while learning about the many collaborative opportunities available throughout the Western PA region.

Registration for Odyssey Day and NDEM is free and open to the public!
If you are attending the event primarily with interest in electric vehicles, please register on the NDEM website using the link below so we can tally our participation in the national event. If you aren't sure, register as a normal Odyssey Day attendee - everyone is welcome! Registration at either of the two links is acceptable; and you only need to register once.
