DEPA Quarterly Meeting - Fall 2026

The next Drive Electric PA Coalition Meeting will be held via a Teams Webinar on September 17th from 2:00 to 3:00 PM EST, where we will be diving into the growing used EV market. See link below to register.

The meeting will kick off with some brief updates from PennDOT and PADEP, then we will hear about trends in the used market and how buying and selling used EVs differ from conventional vehicles from an EV-only retailer, Recharged (John Foley). We will also be joined by the co-founder of a battery performance testing company Voltest (Davide Giacobbe) who will talk about a technology aimed to help bring transparency to the used EV market. Attendee questions and updates are also encouraged.
